Mossbank Homes is a not-for-profit organisation that provides and manages affordable, quality homes over eight estates across Stockport, including Bramhall, Bredbury, Bredbury Green, Cheadle, Hawk Green (Marple), Heald Green, Romiley and Rose Hill South.

Mossbank Homes is committed to combating housing fraud. There are a number of ways housing fraud is committed including making significant profits from unlawful subletting, renting a property that is not a tenant's principal home, and fraudulent housing applications.
Mossbank Homes works with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council and other housing providers in the Stockport area as part of the National Fraud Initiative. This initiative was created by the Audit Commission, and involves data matching exercises to identify areas of investigation.
