Environment

If you have any queries regarding environmental issues on your estate, such as problems with fly-tipping, overgrown gardens, and problems with communal areas you can raise these with your Community Support Officer. You can find out who your CSO is by clicking here.
In addition, Mossbank provides an estate warden service, with the wardens out and about on your estate all week carrying out jobs such as communal area cleaning. The wardens are Mossbank’s eyes and ears on your estate, so if you see them around please feel free to report any environmental issues to them and they will endeavour to get the issue dealt with as soon as possible.
Our senior estate warden Brian Davies carries out walkabouts on each estate once a month. His job is to identify any issues on the estate that have so far not been reported. You can see when Brian will be on your estate by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page. Brian will be happy to take any reports of environmental issues from you when he is out and about on your estate.
Remember, should you see any environmental issues in your area you can still contact your community support officer at Mossbank on 0161 474 8340.
