About Us

Mossbank Homes is a not-for-profit organisation which was set up in response to the successful takeover bid for Manchester City Council's Stockport stock. We now provide and manage affordable, quality homes over eight estates across Stockport, which includes Bramhall, Bredbury, Bredbury Green, Cheadle, Hawk Green, Heald Green, and Rosehill North and South.

As part of this stock transfer we worked hard to gain the initial support of the then council tenants. This was done through a series of assurances that life would be better with Mossbank and presented to each tenant in our offer document.

In order to ensure our inital promises are upheld and that the tenants continue to have their say on the way they see their estates moving forward we have worked on and for some estates are still working on successfully creating tenants and residents groups. In addition to getting to know our estates we are also well underway with our home improvements schedule, more detailed information can be found by clicking the Improvement Works tab above.

We hope our tenants look forward to the future with Mossbank Homes and see improvements we have and continue to make to our estates both to your homes and environment as a whole.
