Meet the communications group

The Communication Group was originally known as the Steering Group and was set up to provide resident input into the stock transfer process, whilst the homes in Stockport still belonged to Manchester City Council. All members of the Steering Group were volunteers and played a vital role throughout the stock transfer.

When Mossbank Homes took over ownership of the Stockport estates in April 2008, the Steering Group was renamed the Communication Group and continues to work with Mossbank Homes to ensure that Mossbank deliver on the promises made in the offer document.

The current communication group members are;

Andy Milligan is a Mossbank Homes tenant from Romiley, he is strongly committed to raising the issues faced by Mossbank tenants living in flats.

Delia Hampson-Wild is a Mossbank Homes tenant from Bramhall, she is determined to bring back a greater sense of community care and spirit on the estate in order to increase the quality of life for all its residents. Not only is she a communications group member but she also sits and represents the estates on Our Board.

Graham Flinn is a Mossbank Leaseholder from Bredbury Green, he is keen to ensure a fair deal for all leaseholders of Mossbank Homes.

Helen Mulligan is a Mossbank Homes tenant from Rose Hill, she hopes to bring the estates changing issues to the foreground of discussion and help to continue to keep the lines of communication open between the tenants on the estate and Mossbank Homes.

Jean Byers is a resident on the Bredbury estate and is also part of the Bredbury RIAG, she is striving to bring the community together for a better future on the Bredbury Estate.
