The Tenants Panel was originally known as the Steering Group and was set up to provide resident input into the stock transfer process, whilst the homes in Stockport still belonged to Manchester City Council.  All members of the Steering Group were volunteers and played a vital role throughout the stock transfer.

When Mossbank Homes took over ownership of the Stockport estates in April 2008, the Steering Group was renamed the Communication Group and subsequently the Tenants Panel and continues to work with Mossbank Homes to ensure that Mossbank deliver on the promises made in the offer document.

The current Tenants Panel members are;

Andy Milligan is a Mossbank Homes tenant from Romiley, who was elected as Chair of the Tenants Panel in May 2011. Andy is strongly committed to raising the issues faced by Mossbank tenants living in flats.

Delia Hampson-Wild is a Mossbank Homes tenant from Bramhall, she is determined to bring back a greater sense of community care and spirit on the estate in order to increase the quality of life for all its residents. Not only is she a communications group member but she also sits and represents the estates on Our Board.
