We would like to take this opportunity to remind you to ALWAYS ask to see identification from anyone wanting to gain entry to your home. All our contractors are asked to carry their identification at all times and will not be offended if you ask to see it.
You do not even have to open the door if you do not feel confident to do so, ask for the identification to be held up to a window or for it to be passed through the letter box.
If you are still wary of the person wishing to gain access to the property, please contact us here at Mossbank and we will do our best to verify whether they are who they say they are.
Please remember that you will be notified of what works will be carried out and when these works will be carried out to your property.
