Our experienced project team of dedicated Mossbank staff, Arcus Consulting and Simon Fenton Partnership, designed and prepared the project specification aimed at meeting and addressing residents’ requirements and aspirations outlined in the offer document.

The improvement works to homes on the estates include – new kitchens, new bathrooms, installation of gas central heating, canopies over porches, electrical rewire, roof works where necessary, new front and rear security doors, new windows on all properties and communal areas in blocks, door entry systems to flats and upgrading communal areas to flats. Additional optional extras such as the provision of burglar alarms, sheds, electric fires and surrounds or even a small patio could be chosen by our tenants and included in the works.

As part of the improvement works we are working with Marton Energy Efficiency Services to ensure all Mossbank Homes have the required level of insulation in the roof space and wall cavities. In addition we are currently working on our plan for the improvement of the environment on our estates, which will look at car parking, garage areas, external lighting and a range of other areas identified by the consultation carried out with residents.
