- to involve tenants in monitoring and reviewing the services they receive through local estate panels

- to build effective partnerships with tenants and leaseholders

- to work with committed staff to build its reputation

- to be financially viable

- to be cost effective, efficient and to monitor and evaluate all aspects of performance

- to adopt best practice in all activities, with clear policies and procedures

- to work towards increasing choice and providing homes and services for people in need, including those with a local connection

- to work with Stockport Council and others to improve the quality of life for all residents in the areas in which we own homes
