Regeneration
Mossbank Homes has promised to undertake over £25 million of investment on the Stockport Estates. The internal refurbishment works have now been completed. During 2011-2013, Mossbank will further invest in the environment and improve blocks of flats, roofs and boundaries. Regeneration does not only apply to physical improvements on the estates. Regeneration includes works that will help develop sustainable communities. Our work in added value projects – eg: the Employment & Working with Schools Charter - further emphasise to our commitment of regenerating the estates and meeting the needs and aspirations of our residents.
