What have our residents achieved?
Our residents have been involved with Mossbank in so many areas. Some of the keys achievements from the resident involvement include:
· 4 tenant Board members from the Tenant Panel
· 5 resident groups established
· 99.7% of customer profile information collected – this helps us identify the needs and make-up of our residents
· Creation of focus groups eg: on investment
· Tenants choosing products, colours for the investment works
· Respite care provided to ensure vulnerable households catered for during improvements at the request of tenant groups
· Adaptation works were included at the request of the Comms Group/Tenant Panel
· Tenants developed the Mossbank website and content
· Tenants designed and edited the newsletters
· Proposing an assisted decoration scheme for the vulnerable
· Development of an annual Action Plan prioritises work from the residents’ perspective
· Developing and monitoring our work with the Employment Charter and Working with Schools Charter
· Selection of the investment contract, consultant and repairs contractor
· Reviewing policies and procedures
· Monitoring of key performance indicators and accessing benchmarking data
· Comms Group report weekly on issues affecting estates
· Organising a celebration event following the first year of transfer
