What are Added Value Projects?

What is an Added Value Project?

Mossbank Homes wants to create communities that are sustainable - with decent homes and practical, well maintained open spaces. It wants to encourage a vibrant local economy with access to a variety of local services including schools, shops, leisure facilities and transport links.

Mossbank has already begun to lay the foundations for this through the investment and redevelopment of its properties and their surrounding areas. It believes that the engagement and consultation of local residents should be at the heart of its development.

By understanding the aspirations of our tenants, we can develop initiatives that support the long term objectives of individuals and their communities.

Working alongside the five year investment programme Mossbank will implement several short, immediate projects that will help to improve the lives of residents and local areas. These projects are Added Value Projects which add value to the community next to the physical improvement works.
