Meet your Resident Involvement and Access Officer
Teyei Chollom aims to work with staff and residents to develop and implement a comprehensive resident involvement framework for both Mossbank Homes and Mosscare Housing.
In order to do this Teyei will develop systems and procedures to ensure that all the resident’s input is effective and has maximum impact on service improvement processes, whilst ensuring that all residents have easy access to the services that Mossbank provides.
Whilst developing new residents groups and nurturing exisiting groups over all eight estates Teyei hopes to involve all groups in the practice and decisions made at Mossbank Homes for the best outcome for you. In order to fulfil this Teyei will attend meetings when invited by the groups and also ensure that lines of communication remain open and informative both to and from Mossbank Homes.
With a focus on training Teyei will ensure that the members of the resident involvement groups are well equipped to service the needs of the communities they represent. Teyei will liaise with other outside agencies to provide good community connections which could beneift the groups in reaching their goals. Finally Teyei will provide the estate groups with all the information necessary to function successfully incuding information on how to apply for project funding.
With a focus on providing excellent customer service, and promoting equality and diversity Teyei intends to provide a full and effective service to all the residents of Mossbank's estates.
